4. No Harassment

Harassment of any kind is not tolerated on Bridgeby24. This includes unwanted contact, persistent messaging after a clear request to stop, sexual or suggestive remarks, threats, and any conduct that creates a hostile environment.

Users who experience harassment are encouraged to report it so we can take appropriate action.

5. No Misleading Information

7. No Fraudulent Job Postings

Employers must post genuine, available roles with accurate requirements and compensation. Posting jobs that do not exist, require upfront fees, or misrepresent the nature of the work is prohibited.

We may remove suspicious listings and suspend accounts associated with fraudulent recruitment activity.

8. No Impersonation

• Do not impersonate another person, company, or Bridgeby24 staff.
• Do not create profiles or post jobs using someone else’s identity or brand without authorization.

9. Candidate Integrity

• Apply only for roles you genuinely intend to pursue.
• Do not misrepresent skills, education, or experience on your profile or resume.
• Do not share assessment questions or attempt to manipulate screening results.

10. Employer Integrity

• Respond to applications in good faith and within reasonable timeframes.
• Do not request fees, deposits, or sensitive personal data outside legitimate hiring needs.
• Comply with applicable employment, anti-discrimination, and data protection laws.

11. Appropriate Use of the Platform

• Use Bridgeby24 only for lawful hiring and job-seeking purposes.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the platform or its systems.
• Do not scrape, resell, or redistribute data from Bridgeby24.

12. Reporting Violations

If you encounter behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it to bridgeby24@gmail.com with relevant details.

We review reports and take action where appropriate, which may include content removal, warnings, or account suspension. Retaliation against anyone who reports in good faith is itself a violation of these guidelines.
