These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Bridgeby24 platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated by Bridgeby24 ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Bridgeby24 provides a talent-matching platform that connects jobseekers with employers through pre-screening, assessments, and recruitment tracking. The Service includes job listings, applications, candidate pipelines, assessments, talent scoring, and messaging between jobseekers and employers.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

To use most features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and profile creation.
• Maintain the security of your password and account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into contracts.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post false, misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content.
• Infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others.
• Harass, discriminate against, or harm other users.
• Distribute spam, malware, or malicious code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data without permission.
• Post jobs or content that is illegal, discriminatory, or violates applicable hiring laws.

5. Employer & Jobseeker Obligations

Employers agree to post accurate job listings, provide truthful company information, respond to applications in good faith, and comply with all applicable employment and anti-discrimination laws.

Jobseekers agree to provide accurate qualifications and experience, submit genuine applications, and not misrepresent their skills, education, or credentials.

6. Pre-Screening & Assessments

Bridgeby24 offers pre-screening, assessments, and talent scoring as part of its matching process. Results are generated using automated tools and AI models and are intended to assist, not replace, human hiring decisions.

We do not guarantee employment outcomes, candidate suitability, or hiring success. Employers remain responsible for their own hiring decisions, and jobseekers acknowledge that assessment results do not guarantee placement.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, its design, features, and content are owned by Bridgeby24 and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our consent.

You retain ownership of the content you submit (profiles, resumes, job posts). You grant us a license to use, display, and process that content solely to operate the Service and provide matching between users.

8. Fees & Subscriptions

Some features may require a paid subscription. Fees, plans, and billing terms are described on our Pricing page. Paid plans may include job post limits, candidate access limits, and trial terms. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that it will result in any hiring or employment outcome.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bridgeby24 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve (12) months, or a minimal statutory amount if you paid nothing.

11. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or if we believe your account poses a risk to the platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Disputes & Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thane, Maharashtra, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The most current version will be posted on this page with the updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
